RAF launches inquiry into footage depicting the sexual assault of an airman

The investigation will look into a video obtained by the Daily Mail that allegedly shows drunken troops sexually assault a naked Royal Air Force (RAF) airman as part of an initiation ceremony.

According to a spokesperson on behalf of the UK's aerial force, the RAF police are looking into the "offensive" incident.

While no further comments were made about the investigation due to the inquiry being ongoing, the RAF said that they did not condone initiation ceremonies and that disciplinary action would be taken against those not maintaining the force's standards.
