US President Trump declares a major disaster as record-breaking wildfires batter California this past week.
The 560 fires that raged through the state on Saturday have already killed six people.
This means federal assistance for the state, which has experienced weather conditions such as dry lightning, strong winds and a lengthy heatwave that can start more wildfires.
Emergency services have been doing all they can with over 12,000 firefighters trying to tackle the fires and 96% of the state's fire agency fire trucks being called out.
The blazes have displaced over 100,000 residents, destroyed hundreds of houses and have eaten through 991,000 aches of land in a week.
The western state has already reached out to Australia and Canada for aid in containing the fires,
Forecasts for the next few days do not seem to show any signs of the fire slowing down, as red flag warnings have been issued for Sunday morning and Monday night.
