Edward Enninful, the British Vogue editor, has come forward saying that a security guard racially profiled him as he came into work on Wednesday.
Allegedly, the security guard instructed Mr Enninful to use the loading bay entrance.
Enninful has been editor-in-chief at Vogue for three years, and since then he has hoped to make the magazine more inclusive and diverse.
He said in a social media post that British Vogue's owner, Conde Nast, dismissed the security guard but added that "change needs to happen now".
The guard has since been put under investigation by employers.
Earlier this month, Enniful was given an industry award for his work at the fashion magazine, noting that he was the first black person ever to win the award.
He said that diversity was making its way into commissions and onto Vogue's pages.
