A London court rules that Julian Assange cannot be extradited to the US.
The Australian editor was found by the court to be "depressed" and despairingly "fearful for his future".
This comes as there are concerns about suicide and mental health deterioration for the 49-year-old Wikileaks founder and activist.
After today's ruling, he will continue being held in Belmarsh Prison, in London.
The US has requested the hand over of Mr Assange after he broke the law by leaking thousands of classified documents a decade ago, which the US claims risked lives. The authorities in America have two weeks to appeal the ruling.
